STEP 11
After the connector is unlocked you can pull the keyboard cable. |

STEP 12
Remove the keyboard.

Remove all screws from the bottom of the laptop.

Remove four screws securing the palmrest assembly.
Disconnect the speaker cable (left arrow) and touchpad cable (right arrow). |

You unlock the touchpad connector the same way you unlocked the keyboard connector in the step 12. |

After the connect is unlocked you can pull the touchpad cable. |

Unplug the speaker cable from the motherboard. |

STEP 18
Now start separating the palmrest assembly from the laptop base.
I'm using the guitar pick for that. You can use a piece of soft plastic.
Insert the guitar pick between the palmrest assembly and bottom cover and move it along the side until latches are unlocked. |

Continue removing the palmrest assembly with your fingers. |

STEP 20
Remove the palmrest assembly. |

STEP 21
On the other side of the palmrest assembly you can access both speakers and touchpad.
NOTE: the left and right button board is not a part of the touchpad. We'll be removing the button board later. |
