STEP 21
Remove two LCD mask seals covering the screws.
Remove two screws securing the LCD mask.

STEP 22
Put your finger between the LCD mask and the display and carefully unlock the latches securing the mask.

STEP 23
Work with your fingers to unlock all latches and remove the LCD mask.

STEP 24
Remove four screws securing the LCD screen to the display cover.
Remove the LCD screen and place it on the palmrest. |

STEP 25
Remove the tape covering the LCD video cable connector.
Unplug the cable on the back of the LCD screen.
Lift off the LCD screen and remove it. |

STEP 26
Remove one screw securing the FL inverter board to the display cover and disconnect cables on both ends of the inverter.
Remove the FL inverter.

STEP 27
Remove two plastic LCD hinge covers.
