STEP 23
Disconnect the power board cables on the system board.
Remove the screw securing the power board to the system board.
Lift off the power board (with RTC battery).

STEP 24
Remove the Wi-Fi antenna switch extension.
Disconnect two wide flat cables on the system board.
Remove one screw securing the sound board.
Lift off the sound board (with cables).

Remove three screws securing the SelectBay cover.
Lift off the SelectBay. |

STEP 26
Remove two flat-head screws and two hex studs securing the system board.
Disconnect DC connector on the system board. |

Carefully lift the system board off the base.
|
| |

STEP 28
Unlock the CPU lock.
Lift the CPU off the socket. |

STEP 29
Remove two screws securing the modem board.
Disconnect the modem cable.
Lift off the modem board. |

Remove four screws securing the PC card connector. |

Lift the PC card connector off the system board. |
