A few things to know before you start taking your laptop apart

STEP 1
First of all, remove laptop battery.
Using a sharp object remove four rubber screw seals. Two seals on the top and two on the bottom of the screen bezel. |

STEP 2
Remove frour scrws securing the bezel.
|

STEP 3
Start removing the LCD screen bezel with your fingers. |
| |
|
 |
STEP 4
Continue separating the bezel from the display panel until it's removed. |

|
 |
STEP 5
Remove one screw securing the inverter board.
Unplug cables from both ends of the inverter.
